You may have common concerns about our advisory services and financial & investment planning.
Company value is fundamentally a function of future cash-generating capacity, growth, risk, and capital structure. A robust valuation triangulates DCF, comparable-company & precedent-transaction multiples, and asset-based approaches where relevant. The outcome should be a defensible valuation range, supported by explicit assumptions, sensitivity analysis, and identification of the key value drivers.
Yes! The key is to determine how much capital is required, what type of capital is appropriate, and which investors are the right fit. This requires aligning the funding requirement with the company’s growth strategy, cash flows, leverage capacity, ownership objectives, and expected returns. The process should ultimately secure appropriate capital on commercially viable terms while minimizing unnecessary dilution and financing risk.
IPO readiness goes beyond meeting listing requirements. Investors and regulators will scrutinize the company’s earnings quality, financial reporting, governance, internal controls, regulatory compliance, corporate structure, capital structure, and growth outlook. We assess these areas to identify gaps that could delay, weaken, or reduce the credibility of the IPO.
Royal Capital develops a practical IPO-readiness roadmap prioritizing the financial, governance, operational, and structural actions required to make the company listing-ready, institutionally credible, and investable to public-market investors.
Due diligence is needed for buyers, sellers, investors, lenders, and other transaction stakeholders where material capital or ownership decisions are involved. It tests whether the business is fundamentally consistent with its representations by examining quality of earnings, cash flows, assets and liabilities, working capital, tax, related parties, customers, operations, legal matters, and contingent risks.
Its real value is in translating findings into transaction decisions: what risks exist, what they are worth, whether the valuation is justified, and what should be reflected in price, structure, protections, or negotiations.
